Hi! I’m Raymond Cedric, a Computer Engineering graduate with professional experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, asset management, documentation, and administrative/project support.
I currently work as an IT Specialist, where I provide Level 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and system-related issues. I also handle IT asset inventory, equipment setup and deployment, documentation, incident records, and basic CCTV support.
I also have experience in project control, documentation, customer support, and handling technical concerns in a professional and organized manner. I’m comfortable working with Microsoft Office, troubleshooting Windows-based systems, managing IT assets, and learning new tools and platforms.
I am detail-oriented, reliable, willing to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. I’m currently looking for part-time or remote opportunities such as:
