I have over 10 years of experience as a CAD specialist, mainly handling architectural and MEPFS drawings. Currently, I’m working with hospital projects where I coordinate closely with structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and biomedical teams. I prepare and revise detailed drawings, ensure compliance with standards, and support permit and health department submissions. I also have experience in as-built drawings and coordination, which helps ensure accuracy between design and actual site conditions.
