1. Analyzing fuel trend in the market.
2. Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly and average diesel consumption of assigned project sites.
3. Ensuring fuel are not contaminated.
4. Estimates how many of liters to be delivered to sites and how many liters per equipments.
5. Ensuring my people at sites do SOP. Counter checking and audit liquidation reports submitted by project sites.
6. Coordination of accomplishments and concerns of Fuel analyst at site.
7. Monitoring weekly progress and accomplishments of assigned sites. Monitoring calibration, safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the fuel station.
8. Depositing payment for diesel suppliers at the bank for diesel purchases.
9. Coordinationg with diesel suppliers.
10. Coordinate to project sites and project coordinators regarding fuel requirements and accomplishments of each site.
