- Conduct regular store visits and evaluate kiosk staff and stores based on checklist and standards
- Supervise staff scheduling and sales reporting
- Handle kiosk opening/closing, permits, contractor coordination, and mall admin concerns
- Oversee training, orientation, staff memos, and employee endorsements
- Manage store POS and reporting
- Monitor Shopify orders, bookings, inventory, and respond to online inquiries
- Assist with event staffing
- Track sales performance, kiosk load top-ups, and customer concerns on Grab and Foodpanda
- Support government permit renewals
- Train and develop store staff via feedback and performance reviews
- Monitor store inventory levels
