I've has been a CSR for five years for an Insurance company in the US handling billing, cancellations, and other customer services. I've also handles weekly and monthly reports, mortgage changes, client profiles, file updates, endorsements, and email support for agents.
I also work for an Australian Insurance Company doing pre-renewal, remarketing, binding and do supporting emails for Commercial and Personal lines.
I've earned my high school teaching license in 2019 after graduating in Manila, Philippines. I also worked as a Data Analyst for a Health Insurance Company for nearly three years at Accenture Manila.
