My first job experience was a Customer Service Specialist. I assisted all customers who came into our office and had some inquiries! Later I was promoted as a Credit and Collection Officer. My job was to monitor the accounts of our client. If they failed to pay on their duedates I will send them demand letters until they would settle their accounts. Next I was promoted as a Planner/Buyer. I was the one monitoring the sales on a certain department. I had to check if the department have an open budget to puchase a supply. I also monitored which item was a fast moving item or not. If it's not fast moving in 6months we need to sale it to have an open buget.
