I can say that my skills are;
- Communication skills and Costumer Service.
As I already have experience in bpo companies that I used to work for. I learned and honed my skills by socializing with different types of people and handling any types of emotions.
- Multi-tasking and Time Management.
As a single parent. I have to be strategic all the time with working, taking care of the home and children. I learned to be a multitasker in everyday life so that everything for me is organized which i believe that is important in this kind of work.
Active Listening and Emotional Intelligence.
I have a habit of knowing the feelings of each person by carefully analyzing what they say. This way I can better express my empathy and or sympathy as needed and at the same time I better understand what I need.
