-Design, develop, document, and maintain reports and dashboards using data from multiple systems including Talent Communities, CRMs, applicant tracking systems, background check systems, post hire surveys, and HRIS, etc.
-Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues due to data variances
-Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of periodic and ad hoc reporting
-Execute the Reporting & Analytics Implementation work stream on new client engagements, including participation in reporting design and review, configuration, testing and implementation within the capacity as subject matter expert.
-Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership, Service Delivery teams and internal departments
-Proactively audit and research data variances and elevate issues appropriately
Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables.
· Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation.
· Work closely with management team to prioritize business and information needs.
· Act as key person to do check and balance on different reporting information.
· Provides analytics and performance recommendations based on generated values.
· Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical
efficiency.
· Evaluates, recommend and implement different reporting methodology for Reporting
Enhancements.
· Monitor process performance and improvements based on Operational Key Metrics.
· Data generation and processing for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Assignments.
· Delivers and accommodates ad hoc reports as necessary.
· Report template building and maintenance.
· Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros
· Delivery of all designated reporting activities as detailed in Service Menu to agreed timelines and
quality both internally and externally
