I have worked for almost 10 years in the BPO industry doing sales and this has helped me enhance my communication & interpersonal skills. I have worked as a marketing support with my previous client wherein I do outbound calls to introduce their company & offer their service. I also do data mining, managing of pipelines through the CRM and do appointment bookings for our business development manager.
