In the past few years, I have learned how to deal with and assist customers with satisfaction and provide assurance to their needs in a timely manner. I gained knowledge and skills through online and also through my personal interactions with clients. Since 2017, I became an Insurance agent with two different companies and have attained a lot of clients since then. During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work from home as an email/chat representative for a company that is based in Canada. My experiences taught me how to achieve outstanding customers and have experienced using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, and Gorgias. My work ethic is commendable, I work well with my team and will do every task that is assigned to me and catch up with the deadlines. I believe my skills and experience will have a great impact to my employer and for the success of their company.
