As a Project Implementation Specialist, I have a high degree of
responsibility, which includes taking ownership of my work and
seeing things from start to finish. I make sure that we act as owners
for our clients, and make sure that we take the importance of their
Business very seriously. Business owners rely on specialists to make
sure that we can help them identify key points in their businesses
that require further development, and to work with various teams
and Third-Parties to triage, coordinate and resolve their inquiries and
requirements.

BPO and Support Industries has given me a greater understanding
on Knowledge Base Development, as well as attention to fit and
form. I have experience in creating articles to help Support map out
Workflow, refine escalation processes, and to create troubleshooting
guides for Support
