Hi, Good day, my name is Jomar Tolding Bombon, I worked as a customer service representative for roughly 3 years with Teleperformance mostly in a remote setting. I am comfortable working on a shifting schedule.
As a customer service representative we assisted and provided live captioning telephoned services to the hard-of-hearing and the elderly ensuring they have a smooth and comfortable telephone experience.
