I was a senior Examiner under Savant Technologies, Inc. for more than 7 years. I check property information and history including mortgages and taxes, so I can deliver reports to our clients. My task involves researching the public records to uncover possible title defects and associated risks that affect the ownership rights to the property being purchased, including liens, assessments and judgments. Also I was a sales outbound representative under Qmenu, Inc. I get to reach out to potential customers through phone calls and I was able to learn more about customer interaction and that makes me more confident in doing whatever task I am assigned with. My skills include being highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Slides and Docs, PowerPoint, Citrix, DataTrace, DataTree, NetrOnline, Title Resource Database, Restware, AgentNet, and Title Point.
