Hi, my name is ----------- V. -----------, often called as Phoebs by my colleagues and friends. I am working in a diverse environment and can adjust to a drastic change. Been working at home since 2019 when pandemic hit us. Fast learner and organize and can also do multi-tasking but still in focus. I am still fulltime employee as an SME level 2 support in a current role of being senior tech support analyst. I have skills and knowledge in technical tools and office applications and still willing to learn different field in this industry. I carry an Azure fundamental certification. I have been working in excel reports to maintain and monitor our team performance per KPI including our attendance report. I can work independently and be a team player at the same time. I voice out my suggestion/s if I know I can be a part of improvement and open for feedback and criticism for my growth in any field.
