Although I don't have a lot of experience as a virtual assistant, I'm ready to learn. I have excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. Since I've been using Microsoft software since I was a child, I give it a perfect 10 rating. I think my ability to think critically and come up with solutions for issues gives me an edge over others.
