I am currently a Registered Pharmacist in a community drugstore who specializes in customer service and patient counseling. I was also a Hospital Pharmacist for almost 5 years way back-----------, and was used to having graveyard duties. I may not have any experience yet in VA or BPO industry but I am willing and eager to be trained.
