• Responding to client queries over email

• Obtaining photos from tenants, owners and property managers where required
• Liaising with estimators over email to clarify information where required
• Liaising with suppliers over email and phone to obtain prices and stock availability
• Reading floorplans and on occasion editing them
• Converting measurements between lineal metres and square metres
• Making recommendations to clients over email in terms of products and colour choices
