- Ability to monitor and supervise end to end FTTH project (Engineering, Site Acquisition, Implementation, Acceptance and Billing)
- Excellent in planning and managing a project (timeline, resources, progress and budget) in an efficient way
- Ability to report project target timeline and progress to client, executives and stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCad and Google Earth
- Proficient by means of essential Microsoft and windows applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in oral and written communications
- Ability to conduct OSP/ISP Aerial or Underground Engineering Design (HLD and LLD), Splicing Details and Project Budget Computation
- Ability to use OSP and FTTH equipment (OTDR, OPM, Splicing Machine, etc.)
- Ability to create WO, BOQ, BOM and other documentation works Proficient in OSP and FTTH standards
