I consider my previous job as my partner in life. Therefore,I made sure that I am always available for work on time and can work with integrity. I made sure that I performed the tasks daily with accuracy by reading forecasted
emails and updates from our dashborad for any changes with regards to workflow.I do answer calls in proactive and polite manner since it is is one of the key factor to gain trust and loyalty from customers.I provide them excellent customer service through taking and placing their order in an fast and accurate process and providing them with updated informaitons when needed.When customer concerns arises,I always tend to exhaust my resources to help them save thier time.However,If futher assistance is needed especially if the concern needs to be connected to the store,I always ensure that the call will be properly wrap up and someone from the store is available to assist with the
customer.My previous job has taught me core values that I can always carry and apply not only in carrer aspect but also in my personal growth as an individual.
