I've been in the BPO industry for roughly 9 years now. I've been handling different positions. I've been a subject matter expert for both voice and non-voice including technical department. I'm also a bachelor degree holder of Information Technology major in System Analysis and Design and I guess that's one of my advantages as I easily adapt and learn new things.
