I handled end to end process in Procurement, from receiving request, sourcing suppliers, negotiation with suppliers, preparation of bidding sheets, awarding of order, preparation of PO, coordination to recipient and supplier for the delivery of item, monitoring the shipment, processing the payment to supplier, maintaining the supplies inventory, maintaining the supplier's database, evaluation of supplier's performance, quality control for delivered items and processing warranty claims to suppliers. I also know how to prepare reports using MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS POWER ----------- mode of communication to suppliers, I know how to use MS TEAMS, MS OUTLOOK and other communicating ----------- preparation of PO I know how to use SAP Business 1, E-count ERP and JDA ----------- communicating, I speak 2 languages English and Filipino. I also experienced working in Foreign owned company and handled importation order and shipments. I am able to prepare reports like unit/item costing, unit/item inventory, order forecast, database of suppliers and other reports related to Procurement tasks. The nature of business I worked with was dealership of Heavy Equipment, Restaurant, Beauty and Cosmetic Manufacturing Company and Retail Company for Gadgets and Appliances.
