----------- to pause my studies for 1 semester due to financial difficulties, during this time i handle customer complains and assist them in resolving their technical concerns specifically with their internet, phone, and cable as well as address their billing issues.
After i graduated in college I was hired as a management trainee wherein I am directly reporting to the Company President, he will be giving instruction on the things that he wants me to work on. I handled several studies and assisted different departments to improve their efficiency and productivity as well as to save cost. A year after I was hired, I was promoted as production supervisor in which I manage the scheduling of the items to produced to achieve what was planned and maximize available resources, I was also responsible in creating the manpower schedules, approval of their leaves as to not disrupt the operations.I was also able to handle other departments such as Storage Department, Processing & Kitchen, and Technical Service Department. On top of that I handle their individual concerns within the company, and also creates individual assessment for at least 80 employees.For the period of 6 years with the company i have gained a lot of experience that are very useful to my professional career.
I have been a public servant in which i was elected and held a position in our Barangay.
I have also an experienced working as a freelancer specifically a drafter wherein i utilized the Xactimate software to create sketch and layout for our
clients.As a freelance drafter we are responsible in providing our client a 2D and 3D floor plan layout depending on their needs. Most of our clients our those from the states that was affected by typhoons, tornado's, etc. to help and aid them in restoring their home, industrial building, or even commercial building
I am very flexible and a fast learner. I can easily adopt to changes, i am proud to say that i have a very good and excellent communication skills both in written and verbal. I can also adjust to different types of personality and can deal with people professionally. My aura is very bright that can bring more energy to the group.
