I have almost 8 years of experience in the property management industry and have worked with top real estate companies in the Philippines. My property management background is focused on overall operations and maintenance of buildings from mid-rise to high-rise, with technical knowledge in complex building equipment and systems. I have managed day-to-day needs to ensure top-notch services to tenants are delivered whilst maintaining and increasing property value at best for the owner’s guaranteed return on investment. I am adept in international standards for Facility Management, Occupational Safety and health, and Environment and Energy management systems. I have been assigned to a variety of properties from office/BPO to retail/mall which also vary in age- some established/old (5 to 15 years old buildings) and even new buildings (pre-operations or building occupancy readiness and transition to full operations).
