I start work as a Customer Care Staff, assisting patients at optical stores and from there, with a lot of hard work I've put, got promoted to Stock clerk of the same company, one that handles all the stocks at store, in charge of ordering and receiving deliveries and also doing physical counting. Then, the pandemic came. Our store was affected by the global economy crisis and start to lay off employees. I was one of them and got no choice but to leave. After that, I've d----------- to start a small business, a breakfast store. Took me awhile to get another job because I'm so occupied with the business, After about two years, I found a job as a Office Clerk, responsible for doing payroll, deducting benefits and compensations, also in charge of government-mandated benefits, and disciplinary actions for employees. I was there for five months and then again have no choice but to leave since we will moving out and it's so far away for me to stay ----------- did not took me awhile to get a new job to where we move, I was hired as Human Resources Officer at a mall. There, I was responsible for making payroll, disciplinary actions for employees, recruiting new employees and decision making when it comes to employees. I'm the only one there so I got to harness my skills and knowledge. I want to be known as a simple person that got through a lot and manage to land a job beyond my expectations. All efforts paid off, and I am one to prove that. Starting from below to being the Head Officer, I guess I can call it an achievement.
