I have been working in the HR field for more than 5 years, specializing in recruitment. On the first half, I worked as an external recruiter in a local headhunting firm in the Philippines. The latter half worked in a part of recruitment for one of the largest banks in the US.
One of my biggest strengths is my know-how with technology (software and hardware). I am well-versed in mostly used MS applications (Excel at the most), Google Suite, and the like. I am proficient in troubleshooting minor PC software/hardware problems. My colleagues go to me whenever they are having PC problems (they call me their IT guy!). That's my highlight for the skills that I have outside of recruitment. In this field itself, I flourished both in the external and internal field; I enjoy getting to have a positive impact in people's lives
