You are looking at a results-driven professional with years of teaching and sales experience, who later became an online ESL instructor and eventually stepped into customer success leadership.
I spent years in the classroom honing communication, patience, and adaptability.
Then, in sales as a Learning Solutions Specialist, I guided schools in adopting digital tools, growing both sales results and client trust. Later, I taught English online, connecting with learners worldwide and sharpening my empathy and cross-cultural skills. Most recently, I worked as a Customer Success Team Leader, where I brought everything together—teaching, sales, and support—to lead teams and ensure clients
achieved meaningful results.
Now, I’m upskilling with digital marketing certification and excited to bring my diverse background into virtual assistance, administration, and customer success roles.
