- Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for structural, architectural and civil trades.
- Remeasurement of Contract Bill of Quantities.
- Determine / develop construction methodology & standards as they are defined by the bid documents and create construction standards for estimating system.
- Gathers and researches data and information necessary for the preparation of estimates.
- Interpret architectural or engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs.
- Perform quantity take-off of materials and prepare estimates in compliance with the bid documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Evaluation of Billing and Progress of Sub-contractors
- Prepares Payment Certificate of Progress Billings for Sub-contractors
