I have already handled different types of accounts such as financial, hotels & lodging, technical, billing and sales account for the past years as a BPO employee. I have an experience using salesforce, asana, and Slack. The current job that I have is mainly sening out emails or replying via email to our guests concerns and we act as a virtual front desk to our company that owns apartments and hotels around the globe and I can say that I am an expert in sending or composing emails for clients or guests but I am willing to learn additional information or skills if needed
