I'm a dedicated and results-driven remote professional with 4 years of experience supporting U.S.-based customers in sales, customer service, technical support, and administrative support. Throughout my career, I've built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving performance goals in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
My background includes consultative sales, objection handling, customer retention, CRM management, technical troubleshooting, email and chat support, data entry, documentation, and administrative assistance. I'm also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, with hands-on experience managing practice companies, recording financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and generating financial reports.
I learn new systems quickly and am proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Canva, Zoom, Slack, and QuickBooks Online. Whether it's supporting customers, managing administrative tasks, closing sales, or maintaining accurate records, I bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
