- Prepare civil design plans, specifications, and estimates for discussion and conceptual development.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Analyze structural design needed for permit purposes.
- Manage and secures all engineering designs and specifications across all projects.
- Provide Gantt Chart and conduct Daily toolbox meeting.
- Prepare BOM / BOQ, Technical Specifications and Cutting list of Steel and Metalworks.
- Ensure that the actual project accomplishment are well align with the bar chart schedule.
