I started as a customer service representative for a travel website where I mastered the art of providing excellent customer service through e-mail and phone support. Until I got promoted to being a Supervisor.
I've been working at home for more than 5 years now as a VA, and I've handled various accounts and tasks. Through these tasks, I was able to gain new skills and expand my skill sets from basic data entry to creating/expanding data sheets; from simple social media posts to creating ad images for marketing and advertising; from simple proofreading to content research and writing lead magnets.
