I worked as a call center agent for a year at Teleperformance in the billing ----------- was a US based account. I'm dealing with payments & payment arrangements as well as basic troubleshooting for the customer's phone/gadget.
I also worked in the bank for 5 years. I am a Customer Service Associate at the Bank of the Philippine Islands. My work there includes tellering, opening and updating an accounts, making phone calls for clients to offer bank products suited for them, accompanying my Manager at the vault to ensure the money was safe and balance. I also do some field works like going to schools, malls, other companies to discuss some of our bank products that can help them and their money/savings grow.
I also work as an Executive assistant at ALPS the Bus Inc for 3 years. I am the trusted person and pri----------- point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the president.
