I was a Associate-Sales Ops (Customer Service Representative) for almost 5 years under Sutherland Global Services for our clients such as McAfee Sales and Retention Department where customers are assisted in acquiring and renewing their Cyber security subscriptions, refund claims, answering inquiries and other assistance required, while for PHH Mortgage Services, I served as a collection and retention agent supporting customers with their monthly mortgage collection, mortgage status questions, and other ----------- my role as a Shift Charge Engineer at Trust International Paper Company, my primary duties encompass several key areas of responsibility. These include: 1. Equipment Oversight: I am responsible for supervising and managing equipment operations to ensure their efficient performance. 2. Manpower Availability: I ensure that an adequate workforce is available to support operations and that steam, air, and water supplies are delivered on schedule. 3. Data Collection and Reporting: I am tasked with collecting daily operational data and utilizing it to generate both daily and monthly reports. 4. Safety and Quality: I actively participate in the Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management group, contributing to the organization's commitment to safety and quality standards. 5. Shutdown and Budget Planning: Additionally, I play a role in the preparation of shutdown plans and budget planning, among other responsibilities. These responsibilities collectively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
