A 25 years old BSIT graduate and working now as an Associate Software Engineer.
I am under the capability of SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Couple of tasks that I am assigned is to observed and analyzed deployed Artifacts under Monitor Message Processing. Create Mapping for data manipulation according to the requirements. I am also performing testing for Integration Flows and building CTP and TD after. I am also trained for SAP PI.
Before that, I also worked as a Senior Call Center Associate where in I performed as a Helpdesk and Technical Support depending on the load of the clients that we need to handle. I used a remote control software (LMI) in order to do all the troubleshooting that needs to be done. I also became a part of PRO-Solutions Team wherein we are handling VIP clients.
During my Internship back in college, I worked as a Customer Service Representative. This helps me to become more fluent and confident with my communication and soft skills.
During my last year in college, me and my team created a Capstone Project. A web based system that gathers and records information of PWD. With this project, we implemented Data ----------- generates a graphical representation of data that has been collected. Those graphs can be used as a reference for researchers, NGO and other individual or group for a specific reason.
