Hi, my name is Paul Pilapil. A quick background of my office work experience before I started cold calling is that I worked in the call center industry for more or less 4 years. I started as customer service rep or tech support rep for telcos and Xbox . I handle billing inquires, processing payments, complaints and a bit of upselling. So in a nutshell, my job experience through out I would say is always on the phone talking.
