- Provides support and manages emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Dispatch and Schedules Technicians for Work orders
- Handles Incoming calls and Manage outgoing calls as required
- Updating Work order statuses as required
- Prioritize tasks that change constantly, plan, organize, and assign work orders to technicians
- Coordinates with Vendors for Estimates/Proposals, Scheduling, Material tracking and Invoicing.
- Preparing estimates via PandaDoc
- Uploads technicians COI, W9, Invoices, Assessment & Completion photos and Manager Sign- Off.
- Keeps a good relationship with Vendors/Technicians and Updating their company profiles.
