I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, where I learned the fundamentals of human behavior, assessment, and research.I have three years of experience in talent acquisition, working with different sourcing channels, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting interviews and assessments. I have successfully sourced and hired candidates for multiple roles, such as customer service representatives, technical support specialists, sales agents, engineers and production supervisors etc.,
I have also developed and implemented marketing strategies to attract and retain talent, such as referral programs, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
