I handle three successful residential projects specifically located in Redwood, Fremont, and Livermore City.Prior to that, I worked as a project manager and an estimator, and I got promoted twice locally here in the Philippines at a quadruple A, leading general contractor, EEI Corporation.I also got the chance to become a professor for students in the College of Engineering and Architecture at the university, where I also graduated.Having had experience for a total of almost 5 years, I am confident that I can fulfill the roles that you require.
