I have been working at Social Housing Finance Corporation for 33 months now. Our company is focused on developing affordable housing and construction for the community. As a Project Development Officer, my responsibilities include monitoring the project's progress, keeping track of the schedule and budgets, validating documents submitted by contractors, and assessing the conditions thereof for the release of loans. I also assist program participants in writing and preparing their project proposals, review draft policy instruments, memorandum circulars, and/or other program-related initiatives, and prepare required reports, communication, and other correspondences as directed by my superiors. Through these tasks, I have developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. I have also improved my communication, writing, and decision-making skills. With my approachable, reliable, effective, and efficient nature, I have become more cooperative and better at listening to others.
