I’m an experienced Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Virtual Assistant with over 2 years of hands-on property management support, recently completing a long-term contract with a Florida-based company where I managed multiple listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking platforms. I handled guest communication, reservations, calendar management, issue resolution, and coordination with cleaners and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations and positive guest experiences.
Prior to this, I spent 5 years supporting Airbnb hosts and guests, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Subject Matter Expert, and later Team Leader. This gave me strong expertise in Airbnb policies, guest and host support, dispute resolution, and team leadership.
