Hi, my name is ----------- and I am from Fairview Quezon City Philippines. I am a very hard working person and loves to communicate with different types of people. I am also very good at adapting to changes in many circumstances. I am optimistic, good motivator and a quick learner too. One of the things I like the most is analyzing how various things work and what is it that makes them work in a particular way.
I have been into a BPO industry since year 2006 and experience different types of role such as Customer Service Agent, Sales Agent, Collector Agent and Risk Management Analyst. For the past 9 and a half years and during the course of it, I have transformed myself into a better person on the professional front. Three main qualities that I can associate to are 'Strong decision making' being "Flexible" and "Adaptable" . I strongly feel that these qualities have given me an understanding of the work at hand. I can see clearly what needs to be done when taking up any new task. I am also a team player and love working with a diverse and varied set of people.
