I'm a professional with a proper experience when it comes to Construction Methodologies and Right-of-Way Acquisition. Experiences includes actual ground works, communication/negotiation with lot owner, tenants, trees/crops tillers, government agencies, & ----------- line with Right-of-Way Acquisition. As for construction and technical skills, I'm a proficient AutoCAD user which includes drafting, plotting and I can also provide incites when it comes to on-site issues in -----------eting with different partners in utilities specially with Meralco, telecoms, and Maynilad is one of my duties as Team leader of technical team at MPTS to ensure proper coordination with regards to relocation of affected utilities of our expressway -----------cure proper deadline for the relocation to provide leeway time for the construction team to construct.
