Basically does everything - from Human Resource tasks, including employee leave monitoring, memos, handbooks. Marketing tasks such as social media posting, blogs and article posting, website posting using word press, newsletter using constant contact and pardot platform. Office system support - Salesforce platform and pardot.
I'm also responsible for the clerical jobs like transcribing, drafting, writing up memos, letters and etc. Lay-outing images using Canva, Researching, and any admin task in between. I've worked in different industries Retail, Direct Selling Sales, to Food Business and now in Law Firm. I have also handled different positions from Sales, Customer Service, Human Resource, Training and Development, and now as a Personal Assistant cum Executive Assistant to the CEO.
