I was a Transaction Processing Associate working in a well-known BPO company. I was chosen to be one of the representatives for health operations process testing engaged in medical records data entry. I was also part of the team for special project doing medical records backlog for which goal is meet the target number of medical claims in different processes within the timeframe. This includes, critical analysis of records, generating letter request, tracking duplicate records, etc. I was trained to be time and quality conscious as the tasks require us to be productive while ensuring quality work.
