I assist tenants, property managers, and service providers in setting up an appointment for any property damage. I also closed out and created tasks for Property managers for urgent matters they must attend to. Process payment to the service provider and book another maintenance request.
I handle escalation tasks to assist the customer with their lost claims, monitor the package status from drop shipping, and reach out to FedEx for packages that show no movement for days. I handle out-of-stock items and refunds as well. I contacted customers through phone or email and provided them with equipment recommendations once the item they chose was unavailable.
