I considered myself as a jack of all trade master of none. I am a Tourism and Travel Management graduate, started working in the field of Contact Center in 2014 while I was also pursuing my studies at the same time. Most of my experiences are on sales, but that doesn't mean that I am only limited in making sales. I also had more years of experience in customer service. Received multiple acknowledgements because of the fruit of my work. I was also on top of my class during my Leadership excellence acceleration program. I've handled people during the pandemic as a subject matter expert and that really pushed me to pursue and elevate my leadership skills. Apart from these full time job, I am also doing events
such as Professional make up artistry, hosting and event coordination. We also recently opened our Baking Supplies store business and we are celebrating our first anniversary this Nov 2023.
