I have 1yr and 1 month experience working as a customer service associate at Amazon Operations wherein I handle inbound calls, chats and emails. I also have an additional 6 months experience of the same role working at TaskUs, in which I mainly handle chats and accommodating several contacts at a time and do outbound calls and emails.
