I worked as a Customer Service Representative under international healthcare account where I have navigated and learned about various tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Ping Chrome, Telesales, Interaction Desktop, Ascend, Sensentia, and Office 365. During my Accounting Intern days, I've learned how to use Bizbox System which was specialized system for medical related stuffs. We also used Microsoft Office there to plot other details that bizbox cannot accommodate.
