I have been working for more than six years in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, including almost two years as a Virtual Assistant and Executive Sales Assistant. Additionally, I have spent over a year as a Supervisor and Team Leader in the legal industry, specifically with Morgan & Morgan, a Personal Injury Law Firm, where I worked as an Intake Specialist for Case Opening and Client Advocacy.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in customer service, data entry, and various administrative tasks such as email management, appointment scheduling, and calendar coordination. I am proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and I am well-versed in managing inbound and outbound calls, as well as handling chat and email correspondence.
In addition to my BPO experience, I have also worked in retail with Amazon and in hotel and reservation management which is Airbnb. These roles have further honed my ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage various operational tasks efficiently.
