• FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP & REPORTING: Responsible for providing best in class stewardship and support to business on financial reporting (i.e. US SEC IPO reporting requirements, financial statements for investors and internal stakeholders, statutory financial reports);
• BUSINESS PARTNERING: Coordinate with different stakeholders in order to meet financial accounting objectives;
• FINANCIAL REVIEW: Review financial transactions and financial results and provide recommendation when needed;
• TRANSACTION RESOLUTION: Resolve issues with respect to the daily operations of Finance/Accounting team
• FINANCIAL AUDIT: Manage yearly external audit to ensure resolution of audit issues and timely completion of the audit.
